The Chairmanship of CEDR follows a rotation principle and membership of the MC comprises the current, previous two and following two chairman according to the following list.

2017 – Spain
2018 – Slovenia
2019 – Sweden
2020 – Switzerland
2021 – United Kingdom
2022 – Portugal
2023 – Austria
2024 - Belgium Flanders
The Action Plan committee consists of the coordinators of the five focus areas (elected from the EB) under the Chairmanship of the EB member of the Chairing country plus the two following EB Chairs.
