27.11.2015 Evaluation of Directive 2015/413/EU

Directive 2015/413/EU is facilitating cross-border exchange of information on road-safety-related traffic offences. The European Directive, the Commission is obliged to submit a report to the European Parliament and the Council (by 7 November 2016)

The subject of the report is on the application of the Cross-border Enforcement Directive/CBE Directive (Directive 2015/413/EU) on access to vehicle registration data in order to identify non-resident traffic offenders. Details of the evaluation are here
