CEDR’s contribution in the 5GAA conference on 6 February in Brussels

On 6 February 2020 – The 5G Automotive Association (5GAA) organised a conference bringing together the connected automotive ecosystem and establish closer connections to road operators

Today with participants from several CEDR NRAs, CEDR’s Secretary-General, Steve Phillips and Manfred Harrer, Connected and Automated Driving Working group’s co-Chairman, spoke during the 5GAA conference on the topics of how to improve connectivity of road transport.  Both stressed the need to use the potential of connectivity through all available means to improve the safety, environmental performance and overall efficiency of the road transport system.
